- Investigates core casting defects like shrinkage, porosity, inclusions, and misruns using root cause analysis (RCA) and dimensional inspections.
- Drives Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to reduce scrap rates and improve overall shop-floor efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in ferrous (steel, cast iron) or non-ferrous foundry process and quality control.
- Deep understanding of foundry operations. (melting, molding, sand systems, and fettling/finishing )
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
