Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying suitable land parcels based on project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and prepare land inspection reports.
- Collect and verify land ownership documents, title deeds, and revenue records.
- Coordinate with surveyors for land measurements and boundary verification.
- Maintain land acquisition records and update project databases.
- Communicate with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders.
- Assist in negotiations for land purchase or lease agreements.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for due diligence and documentation.
- Support registration, mutation, and other land-related legal processes.
- Liaise with government departments for approvals, permits, and land records.
- Monitor the progress of land acquisition activities and report updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable land laws.
- Travel to project sites for inspections, meetings, and documentation.
