We are looking for a Production Manager to handle daily factory operations, ensure smooth production flow, maintain machines and dies, and manage workers to meet quality and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production as per orders
- Assign workers and supervise shop-floor activities
- Handle die setting, machine setup, and production quality
- Ensure machine and die maintenance
- Control wastage, rework, and improve productivity
- Coordinate with dispatch, purchase, and accounts teams
- Maintain discipline, safety, and 5S in factory
Requirements:
- Experience in sheet metal / power press industry preferred
- Good knowledge of production planning, machines, and dies
- Ability to handle workers and achieve targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
