Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Overseeing the Director’s schedule, organizing meetings, prioritizing appointments, and ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts.
- Communication Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. This includes managing emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Director.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and other travel-related logistics for the Director.
- Document Management: Organizing and maintaining files, reports, and presentations for meetings and other business purposes. This may involve drafting memos or reports for the Director’s review.
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items to ensure that all parties are aligned.
- Event Planning: Assisting in organizing events, conferences, or special meetings on behalf of the Director.
- Problem Solving: Addressing issues that may arise in the Director’s absence or in relation to day-to-day operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years in administrative support or related roles.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with office software and managing schedules/travel.
- Personal Qualities: Discretion, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.), and sometimes project management tools.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
