Job Description: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Intern
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee Intern, you will bridge the gap between academic theory and industrial application by rotating through key manufacturing departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support: Assist in monitoring assembly lines and optimizing workflow to meet daily output targets.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure products adhere to strict quality and ISO standards.
- Process Improvement: Participate in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma projects to identify bottlenecks and minimize waste.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and prepare data-driven performance reports.
- Safety & Maintenance: Assist in equipment troubleshooting and ensure 100% compliance with workplace health and safety (EHS) protocols.
