Varsha Tripathi Academy is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to connect with warm leads who have already attended our webinars or shown interest in our singing program.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand each prospect's requirements, answer their questions, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Responsibilities
- Call warm leads provided by the academy.
- Explain the singing program, its features, benefits, and the enrollment process.
- Answer prospective students' queries clearly and professionally.
- Handle basic objections with confidence and empathy.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Represent Varsha Tripathi Academy professionally on every call.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
