Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Experience in B2B sales and digital marketing services is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and lead generation tools.
Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week (54 hours/week).
