- Urgent Hiring – Stock Market Backend Operations Executive (Kolkata)
- A reputed and diversified business group with interests in listed companies, unlisted entities, and NBFC operations is looking to hire a competent and experienced professional for its Stock Market Backend Office Operations in Kolkata.
- Location: Kolkata
- Key Responsibilities: Handling stock market backend operations
- Managing and resolving old cases of bad deliveries
- Dividend reconciliation and follow-ups
- Coordination with:
- Brokers
- Depositories (NSDL/CDSL)
- Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTA)
- Monitoring corporate actions (bonus, split, rights, etc.)
- Ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and audit readiness
- Maintaining accurate records and MIS reporting
- Candidate Profile: Experience in stock broking / DP / NBFC / finance backend operations
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Settlement processes
- Demat systems
- Corporate actions
- Ability to independently handle legacy and complex cases
- Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- Relevant certifications (NISM, etc.) will be an added advantage
- Experience: Minimum 3–8 years (preferably in a similar role)
- Compensation: Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
