Experience
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 5-7 years of relevant experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
Educational Qualification
A Master’s degree is required for this position. A background in engineering, architecture, construction, or project management is preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead, plan, and oversee all facets of project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
Develop and maintain a well-structured project plan with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Track financial metrics such as cost variance and schedule variance to ensure alignment with project goals.
Requirements
Proven experience managing complex projects in a technical or engineering environment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to apply project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) successfully.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
Required to possess a working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar engineering design tools.
Nice to Have (Skills)
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD for detailed planning and design review.
Familiarity with architectural design and construction project lifecycles.
Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of change management and risk management best practices.
