This position requires continuous engagement with testing frameworks and tools to ensure seamless execution of end-to-end quality assurance activities, fostering improvements in efficiency and reliability throughout the testing process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Maintain and update automation scripts to align with evolving project requirements and quality standards.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing testing processes to enhance overall product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and quality assurance methodologies.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in collaborating with development and testing teams to align automation efforts with project goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Worksoft Certify.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
