Job Summary
We are looking for a Process Trainer to train and support Blood Collection Officers (BCOs). The role involves conducting training programs for new and existing BCOs, ensuring they understand company processes, customer service standards, safety guidelines, and daily work responsibilities.
The trainer will help improve employee performance, maintain service quality, and ensure a positive experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new BCOs.
- Provide regular refresher training for existing BCOs.
- Train employees on company processes, service standards, and work procedures.
- Guide BCOs on customer interaction, professional behavior, and communication skills.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and on-the-job training.
- Assess trainee understanding through tests, observations, and feedback sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and support.
- Ensure employees follow company policies and quality standards.
- Maintain training records and track employee progress.
- Work closely with Operations and HR teams to address training needs.
- Support new process rollouts and operational changes through training.
RequirementsEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in training, coaching, or team development.
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or service industries is preferred.
Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain processes in a simple and clear manner.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Good organizational and planning abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to train and motivate teams.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
