Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, office facilities, vendor coordination, and employee support activities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to administration.

Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of office operations.

Coordinate with vendors, service providers, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other facility partners.

Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry requirements, and inventory.

Handle purchase requests, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.

Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, utilities, and facility-related requirements.

Maintain administrative records, contracts, agreements, and documentation.

Support employee onboarding by coordinating seating, access cards, workstations, and other administrative requirements.

Coordinate meetings, office events, employee engagement activities, and internal gatherings.

Manage travel, accommodation, transportation, and other administrative arrangements when required.

Monitor administrative expenses and support budget tracking and cost control.

Ensure compliance with office safety, housekeeping, security, and facility standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve day-to-day administrative concerns.

Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates on administrative activities and expenses.

Handle any other administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional certification/diploma in Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field will be an advantage.

2–5 years of experience in administration, facilities, office management, or a similar role.

Experience in vendor coordination, facility management, procurement support, and employee administration is preferred.
