Role Overview
We are looking for a mature, responsible, and detail-oriented Store Supervisor / Floor Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, manage staff, control stock movement, and deliver a high-end customer experience.
This role is critical in maintaining luxury retail standards while ensuring operational discipline and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Oversee complete store functioning from opening to closing
- Ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store presentation
- Coordinate smoothly between sales team, billing, and backend operations
Stock Management (Inward & Outward)
- Manage stock inward (GRN, quality check, tagging, system entry)
- Track outward movement (sales, transfers, returns)
- Conduct regular stock audits and maintain high inventory accuracy
- Ensure proper documentation and zero stock discrepancies
Team Management
- Supervise and allocate duties to sales staff
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and service standards
- Ensure team productivity and accountability on the floor
Customer Experience
- Ensure every customer receives personalized attention
- Handle escalations professionally and maintain brand image
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in retail store operations (ethnic wear / fashion / luxury preferred)
- Prior experience in handling store operations independently is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi; Telugu is a plus)
- Solid understanding of stock management and retail processes
- Mature personality with leadership ability and a hands-on approach
- Presentable, disciplined, and customer-focused
