1. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
2. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
3. Developing and presenting project proposals
4. Preparing and adjusting drawings, blueprints, specifications, designs, plans and construction documents to meet the client's needs
5. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact
6. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines
7. Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
Candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
