Job Summary
FlipSlide Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned market area. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retailers, generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail shops, distributors, and wholesalers regularly
- Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility at outlets
- Collect orders and coordinate with delivery team
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit updates to management
- Ensure timely payment collection from clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in FMCG sales is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within assigned areas
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Must own a bike and valid driving license
