We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 3-month internship. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative functions, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection and employee record maintenance.
- Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and employee files.
- Assist in attendance tracking and HR reporting.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Draft HR-related documents, letters, and reports as required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and ensure proper documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing the final year of studies.
- Preferred disciplines: Human Resources, Business Administration, BBA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a professional environment.
