Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business HR Head to lead the HR function and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team. The role will focus on aligning people strategy with business objectives, strengthening organizational culture, building leadership capabilities, and driving employee performance and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth plans.
- Partner with the CEO/MD and senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people strategy.
- Lead the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, retention, and exit management.
- Build a strong Performance Management System (PMS) with KRAs, KPIs, goal setting, reviews, and succession planning.
- Develop talent acquisition and retention strategies for critical and leadership positions.
- Drive employee engagement, culture building, and organizational development initiatives.
- Identify skill gaps and establish effective Learning & Development and training programs.
- Develop succession plans and leadership development programs for key roles.
- Monitor HR analytics, manpower costs, attrition, productivity, engagement, and other key HR metrics.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, SOPs, and statutory compliances.
- Lead compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking, and rewards & recognition initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and workplace conduct.
- Work closely with business heads to improve employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive HR digitalization, automation, and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Build and mentor the HR team and establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance standards.
- Support organizational change, expansion, restructuring, and other strategic business initiatives.

- Strong understanding of PMS, Talent Management, OD, L&D, and Employee Engagement.

- Good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliances.
- Ability to work closely with CXO-level leadership and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of HR analytics and MIS.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management preferred.
- 10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in a Business HR / HR Leadership role.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
