Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyse business needs and
translate them into robust ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automations.
- Leverage ServiceNow’s full capabilities to design and build scalable solutions.
- Configure and customise core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and
CMDB, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
- Develop and manage forms, UI policies, business rules, and notifications to enhance
user experience.
- Proficient in server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes etc) and client side scripting (Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages etc) using GlideAjax.
- Have basic knowledge of REST API architecture for integrating ServiceNow with
third-party systems.
- Work with Flow Designer and Integration Hub to develop automated workflows and
seamless data integrations.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform to ensure
stability and reliability.
- Develop and customise reports, dashboards, and performance analytics within
ServiceNow to support business requirements.
- Follow best practices in ServiceNow development, ensuring secure and high-quality
code.
- Conduct code reviews and incorporate automated testing where applicable.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
- Share knowledge within the team to foster best practices and continual platform
optimisation.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including workflows, integrations,
and configuration changes, ensuring clear communication across teams.
