Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth across Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new sales channels, building strong customer relationships, increasing product visibility, and ensuring consistent sales performance across apartments, hotels, cafés, and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new sales channels including apartments, gated communities, hotels, cafés, and retail stores.
- Generate business through existing networks and market connections.
- Drive repeat orders and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at outlet level.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for stock planning and dispatch.
- Monitor sales performance and independently implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular field visits and market development activities.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, food, beverage, or snack sales.
- Strong network within Chennai's retail, hospitality, and residential segments.
- Proven track record in new business development and account acquisition.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
