- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
- Foster a positive workplace environment and culture.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
- Work with managers to set performance goals and conduct evaluations.
- Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on performance-related issues.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data privacy.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Manage benefits programs and liaise with external vendors.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
- Prepare and manage the HR department budget.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management.
