Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecallers to join our Telesales team for the Bajaj Finserv client. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain and promote relevant financial products and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Skills Required:
Good sales and marketing skills.
Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
NBFC or financial sales experience will be preferred.
Freshers with a strong interest in telesales are also welcome to apply.
Qualification:
Any Graduate Degree is mandatory.
