We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who has strong communication skills and hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms. The candidate should be capable of generating quality leads, communicating with clients effectively, and converting opportunities into business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Handle client communication professionally via chat, email, and calls.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business targets.
- Maintain daily reports and CRM updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and client handling.
- Ability to pitch services confidently to clients.
- Strong knowledge of IT services and technologies will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Local candidates will be given preference.
- Graduate in any discipline.
