Job summary
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer with 3-5
years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns. In this role, you
will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads
& Google Ads platforms to drive measurable business growth, maximize return on ad
spend (ROAS), and achieve cost-efficient customer acquisition.
You will work closely with the creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure
campaigns are well-targeted, compelling, and continuously improved based on
performance data.
Key Responsibility
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Drive sales and revenue for Shopify/eCommerce stores
- Experience with managing Shopify projects
- Experience with tracking tools like GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel
- Experience with AI tools for marketing, automation, and productivity
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, bidding strategies, and ad formats based on business goals.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly advertising budgets efficiently to meet KPIs.
- Coordinate with creative team for high-converting ad assets
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Make data-backed optimizations to improve campaign performance on an ongoing basis.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Analyze audience behavior, funnel performance, and attribution data.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Coordinate with web/landing page teams to improve conversion rates.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
