About Us
KSM Jewellers is a trusted jewellery retailer established in 1958. We are expanding into a modern, large-format showroom and are looking for an experienced HR Manager to build a strong team and HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for showroom and office staff.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance.
- Handle employee engagement and grievance resolution.
- Implement performance appraisal and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Build a positive work culture and improve employee retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail, jewellery, hospitality, or large customer-facing organizations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience recruiting sales teams and managing HR operations.
- Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Preferred
- Experience hiring 30+ employees for a retail showroom.
- Jewellery or luxury retail experience is an added advantage.
