Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various facets of human resource management within a fast-paced, international work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support the on-boarding and induction process for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and compliance documents
- Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Contribute to internal HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,512.75 per month
