Ganesh Plywood Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, analyzing business data, maintaining databases, and providing insights to support management decision-making.
Job Description
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data.
- Develop and maintain Excel dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across departments.
- Generate reports for Sales, Production, Inventory, and Management.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain data confidentiality and ensure timely reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or MIS Analyst (Freshers with excellent Excel skills may also apply).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Dashboards).
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
