Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate, responsible, and skilled Staff Nurses to provide quality patient care and support doctors and other healthcare professionals in delivering safe and effective clinical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, and other clinical documentation.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition to the concerned doctor.
- Maintain proper medication administration and follow the 5 Rights of Medication Administration.
- Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
- Maintain proper hygiene, patient comfort, and infection-control practices.
- Follow hospital policies, nursing protocols, and patient-safety standards.
- Handle medical equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain adequate nursing supplies and report shortages to the concerned senior.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medication, treatment, hygiene, and discharge instructions as required.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and other hospital departments.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations and provide immediate nursing assistance.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Follow NABH, infection-control, biomedical waste management, and workplace safety guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council registration is preferred.
- Candidates with completed registration or registration pending may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate attitude and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts, as per hospital requirements.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
