Job Description:
Vision Flying Training Institute is looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Engineer who can manage and supervise construction site activities effectively. The candidate will be responsible for handling construction projects, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, and monitoring project progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily construction site activities.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor construction progress and prepare regular site reports.
- Handle site measurements, material requirements, and work execution.
- Read and understand civil drawings and ensure proper implementation.
- Supervise building construction, finishing work, and other civil activities.
- Maintain project timelines and provide regular updates to management.
- Support in cost control and efficient utilization of materials.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building construction and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle site responsibilities.
