Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can handle clients, conduct site visits, and convert leads into bookings. If you have strong communication and convincing skills, this role is for you!
· Responsible for handling qualified leads provided by the pre-sales team and converting them into site visits and bookings.
· The role involves meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable property options. The candidate will conduct site visits, explain project features, pricing, and benefits, and build strong relationships with clients.
· They will handle negotiations, resolve customer queries, and work towards closing deals.
· Regular follow-ups with prospects, maintaining client data, and updating status in CRM systems will be required.
· Follow up with clients and close deals.
· Coordination with internal teams like pre-sales, marketing, and legal will also be part of the role to ensure smooth transaction processes.
· Good communication & convincing skills.
· Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification:
Any Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
Working: 6 days (Weekends working, 1 rotational off)
