Lixus Spaces is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our premium furniture showroom in Vadodara.
As the face of our brand, you will help customers select premium furniture and interior solutions while delivering an exceptional buying experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their furniture and interior requirements.
- Recommend suitable furniture and interior solutions based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, materials, finishes, pricing, and customization options.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Keep the showroom well-presented and ensure products are displayed professionally.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay informed about new collections, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, furniture, interiors, real estate, luxury retail, or lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.
