Responsibilities
- Convert enquiries into admissions.
- Counsel students and parents about courses.
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp & email.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Manage leads using CRM.
- Conduct college visits, workshops & outreach activities.
- Build relationships with colleges and industry partners.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Education Sales/Admissions/Business Development.
- Excellent communication in English & Malayalam.
- Strong sales, counselling & negotiation skills.
- Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
