Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location – Delhi (Hybrid)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in Business Development, International Sales, or Digital Marketing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global business footprint, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and data-driven marketing initiatives.
The candidate must be proficient in using online sales and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Lusha, Hunter.io, and HubSpot CRM to identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads in Business Development, International Sales, or Digital Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and execute business development strategies to drive growth in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Utilize advanced lead generation and CRM tools to manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and implement performance-based campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, close business deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement cycle.
- Manage the end-to-end BD process with measurable KPIs and performance metrics.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with industry developments, international trade regulations, and emerging market trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Business Development, International Sales, or Digital Marketing
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in using online sales and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, Lusha, Hunter.io, and HubSpot CRM to identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and social media marketing).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market insights.
- Experience working with international clients or cross-border transactions is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
