Job Location: Thane, Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; route them to the appropriate departments
- Handle visitor registration, ID issuance, and compliance with company security protocols
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and meeting logistics
- Maintain front office records, courier registers, and dispatch documentation
- Support HR and administration with basic documentation, employee coordination, and announcements
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility vendors as required
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling)
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in a front office or administrative role experienced professionals from similar sectors / leader in industrial solutions / company specializing in advanced engineering
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
