Position: Management Trainee – Procurement & OEM Operations

Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic candidate to support OEM operations and Local/Domestic
Procurement activities, assisting managers in daily operations and handling responsibilities
during their presence/absence.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate OEM projects, vendor communication, and follow-ups.
Support local/domestic procurement, quotations, PO tracking, and deliveries.
Assist managers in operational activities and maintain workflow continuity.
Coordinate with Production, R&D, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
Maintain reports, documentation, and procurement records.
Track timelines and ensure timely closure of pending tasks.
Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills
Vendor handling and follow-up capability
Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
MS Excel, documentation, and reporting knowledge
Technical Knowledge (Basics Preferred):
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software
Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) and component identification
Basic knowledge of electronic/mechanical components
Ability to read technical specifications and datasheets
Basic understanding of OEM manufacturing and production workflows
Knowledge of inventory management and material tracking
Basic understanding of reporting and data handling
Familiarity with quality inspection processes and documentation
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, Operations, or related
field.
Experience:
6 Months – 1 Year (Freshers with relevant exposure can also apply)
Preferred Candidate: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing coordination
activities while ensuring smooth
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
