Position Overview
The person will spearhead the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, ensuring compliance with Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013 while driving strategic CSR programs that align with business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic CSR Leadership

Develop and implement comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with organizational mission, values, and Section 135 compliance requirements.

Integrate CSR initiatives with broader ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) framework, BRSR reporting requirements and UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Establish strategic partnerships with NGOs, implementing agencies, government bodies, and academic institutions for designing and implementing Jakson CSR agenda.

Ensure robust governance mechanisms and compliance with CSR rules and regulations

Manage CSR quarterly monitoring and budget allocation across business units.

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, business units, and functional teams

Lead employee volunteering programs and CSR awareness initiatives.

Manage CSR communications, social media presence, and brand visibility for CSR programs
Work Experience
Professional Experience
- Total Experience: 15 - 20 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Master’s degree or Postgraduate qualification in any discipline; a background in Social Sciences or an MSW is preferred.
