Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair defective wire harnesses used in EV scooters or other electrical assemblies.
- Perform crimping of terminals, soldering of wires, and connector assembly as per specifications.
- Wire harness design file reading – ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and BOMs for repair or inspection.
- Maintain proper labeling and segregation of repaired and defective harnesses.
- Ensure quality checks after repair to verify continuity, insulation, and functionality.
- Follow 5S, Kaizen in the repair area.
- Worked in different areas of the production floor when production demand dictates.
- Record all repair activities in the daily log or tracking sheet.
- Responsible to Repair electronics devices properly and should complete work before deadline.
- Maintain lab equipment calibration records (multimeter, clampmeter, etc.).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
