A successful Academic Counselor at Sun Education is someone who:

- Achieves assigned monthly counseling and enrollment targets with discipline and professionalism
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling for aspirants
- Understand client requirements and recommend best-fit study options
- Maintain student records, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth admission and documentation processes
- Stay updated on admission procedures
- Build long-term trust with students and parents through transparent communication
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in any sales-oriented role with professional communication etiquette or admission sourcing will be an added advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills, the ability to work toward business development goals within tight timelines, and a positive learning mindset are welcome
