Job Summary:
Responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and inspection of mechanical systems in ships, including propulsion, HVAC, piping, and auxiliary machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems for ship construction and repair
- Oversee installation and commissioning of engines, pumps, and piping systems
- Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment
- Ensure compliance with marine safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with electrical, structural, and production teams
- Prepare technical drawings, reports, and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in shipbuilding or marine industry (Freshers can also apply)
- Knowledge of marine systems, CAD software, and safety regulations
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
