Designation – Customer Service Executive
Roles and Responsibility -
Customer Interaction Management Handle high-priority or complex customer inquiries, complaints, and issues. Provide accurate information and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a polite, courteous, and professional manner at all times. Customer Feedback and Relationship Building Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback to improve services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Ensure follow-ups on unresolved customer issues to build trust and loyalty. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with other departments (product, sales, and technical support) to resolve issues impacting customer experience. Share insights and suggestions for product or service improvements based on customer feedback

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
