Position: HR Intern
Duration: 2 months / 3 months / 6 months
Location: Work from Office / Hybrid
Role and Responsibility:
- Support candidate sourcing and shortlisting
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain structured hiring and employee records
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
- Act as a point of contact for candidate and employee communication
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
Qualification:
- Ongoing Undergraduate or Postgraduate (HR or related field)
- Strong interest in recruitment and people operations
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Keen attention to detail and structured approach
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
