We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented HVAC Design Engineer with strong expertise in AutoCAD and HVAC system design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing HVAC layouts, technical drawings, and shop drawings while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Prepare HVAC design drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Design HVAC systems, including ducting, ventilation, air conditioning, and piping layouts.
- Develop GA drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Perform HVAC load calculations and assist in equipment selection based on project requirements.
- Review architectural and MEP drawings to ensure coordination and design accuracy.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Revise and update drawings based on client requirements and site feedback.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Maintain proper documentation, drawing revisions, and design records.
- Provide technical support to the project execution team whenever required.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in HVAC Design Engineering.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential HVAC projects is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to prepare precise HVAC drawings.
- Good knowledge of HVAC system design, ducting, ventilation, and air conditioning.
- Understanding of HVAC design standards, codes, and engineering best practices.
