Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Support: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Conducting orientation for new hires, preparing employment contracts, setting up IT/desk assets, and managing the exit process (exit interviews, final settlements).
HR Administration & Compliance: Maintaining accurate employee databases (digital and physical), tracking attendance/leaves, and ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinating with finance teams to process monthly payroll, managing employee health insurance, bonuses, and other perks.
Employee Engagement: Organizing team-building activities, handling employee grievances, and acting as a bridge between management and staff to maintain high morale.
Performance Management Support: Assisting in annual or quarterly performance appraisal cycles and tracking employee development plans.
Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
