Position Purpose
The HR Excellence Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving HR systems, talent development, and people excellence processes across the manufacturing plant. The role ensures that employees possess defined competencies, receive the required training, complete performance evaluations within established timelines, and comply with company policies, the Daily Management System (DMS), and internal and external audit requirements.
The position drives HR process excellence by standardizing people practices, monitoring key HR metrics, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities related to payroll, recruitment, statutory compliance, attendance management, and employee relations are managed by other HR team members.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
