Freelance Videographer & Video Editor – Hospitality & Founder-Led Content

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and reliable Freelance Videographer & Video Editor to work with our hospitality and travel brand, 8MH Organic.
The role involves shooting and editing engaging video content, including founder-led videos, social media advertisements, property walkthroughs, reels, promotional videos, and hospitality-focused content.
While the primary shooting location will be Sainik Farms, South Delhi, some assignments may require travel to different locations across Delhi NCR for property shoots and content creation.
This is a great opportunity for an independent creative professional looking for ongoing project-based assignments with a growing hospitality brand.
What You'll Be Creating
Depending on the project, your work may include:
- Founder-led video content and talking-head videos
- Instagram and Facebook video advertisements
- Short-form Reels and social media videos
- Property walkthroughs and showcase videos
- Lifestyle and hospitality content
- Promotional and brand videos
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Testimonial and customer-focused videos
- Event and experience-related content
What We're Looking For
You should:
- Have proven experience in videography and video editing.
- Own and be comfortable using your own professional shooting equipment.
- Be able to independently handle filming, basic lighting, and audio requirements.
- Have strong editing skills and be able to create polished, engaging short-form content.
- Understand the requirements of Instagram Reels, Meta ads, and other digital platforms.
- Be able to translate a basic brief or idea into compelling video content.
- Be comfortable shooting founder-led and talking-head videos.
- Be willing and able to travel across Delhi NCR for occasional shoots.
- Be reliable with timelines and comfortable working on clearly defined project deliverables.
Experience with hospitality, real estate, travel, lifestyle, or personal brand content would be an advantage.

Applicants should have access to their own professional equipment suitable for content creation, including, where applicable:
- Camera and lenses
- Basic lighting equipment
- Audio equipment
- Stabilization equipment
- Video editing setup and software
Engagement & Compensation
This is a freelance, project-based engagement.
Compensation will be discussed and agreed upon based on the scope of each assignment, including factors such as:
- Number of videos required
- Shooting duration
- Locations involved
- Complexity of production
- Editing and post-production requirements
We are looking to build a long-term working relationship with the right creative professional and expect regular content requirements over time.
