Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) with 5+ years of experience to lead business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-value leads, closing deals, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through platforms like LinkedIn, and direct outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate high-quality business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Freelancer, and cold outreach.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international and domestic clients
- Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Lead client discussions, negotiations, and deal closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with technical teams for accurate project estimation and delivery planning
- Maintain and track all sales activities in CRM tools
- Mentor and guide junior BDEs (if required)
- Ensure long-term client engagement and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and bidding platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of IT services including Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, and Cloud Solutions
- Experience with lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Australia)
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT)
- Experience in team handling or mentoring
- Strong understanding of Ahmedabad IT market and ecosystem
- Certifications in Sales / Digital Marketing

Compensation Details Salary will be based on candidate profile, experience, and performance during the selection process.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives on closed deals

Immediate joiners preferred / 15–30 days
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
