Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate business for hotel rooms, restaurants, banquets, and events.
- Identify and approach corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and other potential customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Banquet & Event Sales
- Handle enquiries for weddings, conferences, parties, meetings, and corporate events.
- Prepare quotations, packages, proposals, and event estimates.
- Conduct venue/showroom visits and explain banquet facilities and packages to clients.
- Negotiate rates and close bookings within approved company guidelines.
- Event Coordination
- Coordinate with the F&B, kitchen, housekeeping, front office, and operations teams for smooth event execution.
- Ensure client requirements, menus, seating arrangements, and timelines are properly communicated.
- Follow up with clients before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients and respond promptly to enquiries.
- Collect customer feedback and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Develop repeat business and generate referrals.
- Sales Administration
- Maintain enquiry, booking, sales, and client databases.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and booking updates.
- Follow up on pending payments, advances, and confirmations.
- Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly sales and banquet booking targets.
- Promote special packages, seasonal offers, and other revenue-generating services.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good knowledge of hotel/banquet operations.
- Ability to handle multiple events and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Professional grooming and confident personality.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, banquet sales, restaurant sales, or hospitality operations preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Banquet bookings, revenue generation, sales target achievement, client conversion rate, repeat business, customer satisfaction, and timely event coordination.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
