Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing IT team in Kolkata. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on B2B software subscription sales. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, client communication, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or subscription-based sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective business clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software subscription solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and online demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, or software subscription sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. (Bengali is an added advantage.)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer-handling skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
