Inventory Management
- Maintain daily stock records and inventory reports.
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
- Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO / FEFO).
- Track stock consumption and identify variances.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
Purchase & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with purchase vendors for timely deliveries.
- Check received materials quantity and quality.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, and GRN entries.
- Follow up with vendors regarding shortages or delays.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain inventory data in Excel, Google Sheets, or POS software.
- Prepare daily stock reports and variance reports.
- Update BOM and recipe consumption records.
- Maintain proper documentation of all inventory activities.
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen, store, and operations teams.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials.
- Monitor expiry dates and shelf life management.
- Reduce wastage, pilferage, and stock loss.
Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Follow company SOPs and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper handling of perishable and non-perishable items.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory or store handling.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of inventory software or POS systems preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitasking.
