Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support our on-site marketing, client coordination, and brand-building activities for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting ongoing sites, and supporting overall marketing operations to enhance business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote construction projects directly at the site and handle customer walk-ins.
- Generate leads through field marketing, local networking, and site visits.
- Coordinate with sales teams for client follow-ups and property inquiries.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Collect customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
- Maintain reports on daily leads, walk-ins, and marketing activities.
- Support branding efforts such as signage, hoardings, brochures, and digital promotions.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate/construction/field marketing (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site with high energy and a proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of marketing techniques and customer handling.
