Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and supervise construction projects such as residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Verify measurements, prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and monitor project progress.
- Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and submit progress updates to management.
- Oversee quality control, testing of construction materials, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
